Electric Wire Rope Hoists

Electrically operated wire rope hoist is a simple but safe hoisting marching it is perfectly machined and assembled to ensure safe reliable and trouble-free service for years the product is widely recognized by the industry for its performance. It is compact and cost effective and has been designed keeping in view the customer’s needs . Optimum use of electrical energy has been taken into account for achieving speeds with liberal margins for voltage flections ambient  temperature  gear efficiency etc  

It is used Material Handing ,erection & maintenance of industrial plants and agriculture  purpose .

Frame

Steel plate and sheet fabricated rugged construction machined and

Shoal choose to make all their Gears and pinions in-house ensuring their quality compatibility and serviceability,all gears and pinions integral with shafts are made from case hardening low-carbom alloy steels and are Induction hardened to 450-50 HRC.These are HELICAL AND PROFILE GROUND for running in oil bath togive noiseless movement with max.efficiency to save on consumed electricity

ROPE DRUM

Drum form seamless steel pipe or fabricated from steel plates, revolves on heavy duty self aligning roller bearings. The machined spiral grooves accommodate rope in one layer allowing two full turns of rope in one layer allowing two full turns of rope in the drum when the hook is at the lowest position.durm size corresponds to relevant IS.

CONTROLS

The operation is through pendant push button having control voltage of 24 v/110 v for maximum safety of operator through flush-type hold on push buttons. Individual motors are protected by HRC fuses, solid overload relays MCB, single phasing and wrong sequence presenters. Limit switches for over hoisting/over lowering are also provided on request.

CREEP SPEED 

Not provided in the standard models but can be equipped if required, at extra cost for 1/10 of the main hoisting speed by means of an additional motor and planetary hearing can also be used of this feature.

BRAKES

A.C .Shoe/disc Brake is a standard feature. D.C. Bakes can also be supplied on order.

HOOK BLOCK

Standard forged trapezoidal section hooks to IS:3815/IS:8610 are used hook. Is carried ion steel cross head in thrust ball bearing. The hook sheaves are supported on ball bearings. Sheave dimensions correspond to relevant IS.

TROLLEY WHEELS

Closed die forged form medium carbon steels, these wheels are produced on lathes for accurate bore and tread profile. Two nos. large dia ball bearings are used for better rolling effect.

WIRE ROPE

Ungalvanised extra flexible wire rope of 6/37-6/36 construction of breaking strength 180kg/mm made of best plough steel

MOTORS

High starting torque, crane duty, totally enclosed squirrel cage induction motors in international frame sizes of Cromption make used are. Hz, 40%CDF,150 starts/hour, 50 c Amb. Temperature Motors suitable for different voltages and frequencies can be provided.
